Youth Group
Students in grades 9-12 are welcome to join the Rossmere Youth Group. They meet monthly, generally during an evening, for a variety of activities to connect socially, explore the intersection of faith and life, and expand their worldview. Some activities in the past have included game nights, a progressive supper in thehomes of church members, group attendance at a conference peacebuilding event followed by discussion, cookie-baking, Bible study nights and much more. They have fun and support each other in faith. The Youth Group meets weekly as a class during the Sunday School hour as well.

The Rossmere Youth Group is led by two-four adult volunteers, both men and women, who are committed to speaking into the lives and faith of our youth. We value our youth and take child safety very seriously. The youth leaders are child-safety certified following our Rossmere Child Protection Policy.
The Rossmere Youth Group connects to the larger church by attending MennoCon, the convention of Mennonite Church USA, held every two years in a US city. The students and youth leaders join thousands of other youth for worship, equipping seminars, service work, and lots of fun. The Youth Group plans and participates in fundraising activities leading up to the convention to raise a portion of the travel and registration costs. And the fundraising projects are fun times for the students too!
