As a community together, there are many roles within Rossmere that need to be filled. Everyone is invited to consider how he or she could use their skills, talents and interests to serve and build up the body of believers at Rossmere. From teaching Sunday School, to preparing community meals, to coordinating church events, to leading worship times, to running the sound system, to greeting guests there is a place for each person’s gifts.

The Rossmere Church Council and the Leadership Team along with the Pastor are two bodies that lead the care, practices and policies of Rossmere Mennonite Church. These teams nominate and invite individuals to serve in the many positions that make up the ongoing ministry of Rossmere Mennonite Church.
